Introducing the Liftdex King bar, the ultimate workhorse barbell, proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured at the Bulldog Gear Factory in the UK, using premium Northern European steel. With a thermally heat-treated tensile strength of 207,000 PSI, this bar stands among the strongest on the market. Its self-lubricating composite needle bearings deliver smooth rotation, while the thoughtfully balanced knurling ensures a secure grip without sacrificing comfort during repetitive lifts.

Weighing 20kg and boasting a 28mm diameter, the Liftdex bar features dual knurling marks for both Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting. The shaft flaunts a Black Nickel-Zinc coating, while the sleeves are plated with a Silver-Zinc Finish. To guarantee precise performance, it undergoes precision straightening within 0.1mm from end to end, accommodating smooth rotation with graphite composite aircraft-grade bushings. The sleeves and collars are friction welded to ensure maximum strength.
