PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Products on the Gym Equipment Store website are designed for:

Products intended for home use only come with a home use warranty. Using these products in a non-domestic environment voids the warranty unless specified otherwise.

For semi-commercial products, the warranty covers both home and commercial use.

PRICING

Gym Equipment Store's "Normal Price" is typically the Manufacturer's or Supplier's Recommended Retail Price, including applicable carriage charges. On imported and 'Own Branded' products, the 'Normal Price' is based on equivalent market products and can be quantified upon request.

VAT

All products on our retail shop include VAT, which is 5 percent of the product value after discounts (if applicable).

PRICE MATCH

Gym Equipment Store offers a price match guarantee for "Available for sale" items. If you find the same product elsewhere, we will strive to match the price. The following conditions apply:

Alternative supplier products must be brand new, like-for-like in specification and color, have a comparable guarantee, and be in stock at the time of purchase.             
Price matches are not applicable for past prices.             
Price matches may not apply during special sale campaigns or stock clearance sales.

FREE DELIVERY

Free Delivery applies to all products over 100 AED within the UAE. Free installation is available for equipment assembly, excluding drilling or boring for installation purposes.

PAYMENT

Gym Equipment Store currently accepts payment methods including:

Cash on Delivery is applicable within the United Arab Emirates only.
